We value your time and appreciate the same consideration for our providers and staff. To help ensure appointment availability for all patients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Appointments

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total value of the services booked or $50-$100 consultation fee depending on the service and provider booked. If, for any reason, we are unable to charge the credit card provided by the customer, we reserve the right to use the customer’s available loyalty points to cover the applicable late cancellation fee.

Consultations

A $50 consultation fee applies to select procedures. If a consultation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the $50 consultation fee will be charged and is non-refundable. The cancellation fee is non-transferable and cannot be applied as a credit toward any future consultation, treatment, or service.

Same-Day Treatment

When a patient attends the scheduled consultation, the $50 consultation fee may be applied toward services performed on the same day as the consultation.

Future Services

If no service is performed on the day of the consultation, the consultation fee cannot be carried over or applied as a credit toward a future appointment.

Repeated Cancellations

After two back-to-back cancellations, the customer may be placed on a prepayment list, which means they will be required to prepay the full amount of their upcoming appointment in order to secure the booking.
