What is the LA Beauty Skin Center’s Loyallist Program?

The Loyallist Program is a rewards program that allows you to earn points on purchases at LA Beauty Skin Center, regardless of how you pay. For any amount you spend, you will receive a 5% credit toward future purchases, which may be redeemed beginning the following day. You may earn points at any of our existing locations. Points expire one year from the purchase date.

How do I accumulate points?

You accumulate points simply by paying for your services at LA Beauty Skin Center.

How many points do I accumulate for my purchases?

Five percent (5%) of your total spending is added to your account balance as credit. 100 points = $1.

Are my points transferable?

No. Your points cannot be transferred to another person.

What happens to my points if I receive a refund?

If a refund is issued, the corresponding amount of points will be removed from your credit balance.

Can I redeem my points at any LA Beauty Skin Center location?

Points earned at our North Hollywood and Pasadena locations may be transferred between those two locations. However, points earned at our Glendale locations may be redeemed only at the same location and department in which they were earned.

Do I earn points when I purchase a LA Beauty Skin Center Gift Card?

Yes. You earn points for every dollar spent on a gift card.

Can I buy a gift card with my points?

No. You cannot purchase a gift card with your points, but you can earn points by purchasing a gift card.

Can I earn points when paying with a LA Beauty Skin Center Gift Card?

No. You do not earn points when paying with a LA Beauty Skin Center Gift Card.

Will my Loyallist points expire at the end of the year?

Yes. Your points expire 365 days after your purchase.

Can I combine my points with special offers or other discounts?

Yes. You may combine your points with any special offer or discount.

Can I request monetary compensation for my unused points?

No. Unused points cannot be redeemed for monetary or other compensation, except as a discount toward treatments or product purchases.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn at LA Beauty Skin Center?

No. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn at LA Beauty Skin Center.

Are there any exclusions?

Please ask the receptionist or provider whether any exclusions apply.

How do I check my points status?

You can check the status of your points by contacting a member of our staff.

How do I confirm my identity in order to use my points?

We will ask you to present a state-issued ID to confirm your identity.
